Free shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on qualifying US orders of $25 or more after discounts, before tax. Orders below that include a flat shipping fee calculated in your cart.
Processing and delivery times
Most US orders arrive in 10 to 14 days from the day you order, including processing time.
Some items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, which is included in this estimate. Estimates are not guarantees: carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add time. You will receive tracking by email as each package ships.

US and international
We ship across the US. International delivery times vary by country, customs processing and carrier availability. Duties and import taxes may apply outside the US and are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Returns
Because our pals ship directly from our fulfillment partners, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges. Please check the size, color and style on the product page before ordering, and feel free to ask us anything first.
Damaged in shipping or wrong item
- Contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item, the damage and the packaging, including the shipping label.
- We review every request and reply within one business day. Approved requests get a replacement, or a refund if a replacement isn't available.
What isn't damage
Normal differences in color, size or shape from product photos, minor variations between pieces, and small marks from shipping that don't affect the item are not considered damage. See our Refund Policy for full details.
